Fox Lake downtown property sold

Adelphia Properties has arranged the sale of a mixed-use investment building located at 1 Nippersink Blvd. in Fox Lake.

The investment property is situated in the downtown area.

The sales price was not disclosed. The property was 100 percent leased at time of closing. Adelphia Properties' Simeon and George Spirrison represented both the seller and purchaser in this transaction.

They said the purchaser was an undisclosed local investor.
