360 Youth Services in Naperville names new CEO

The 360 Youth Services board of directors said Harley Jones will take the helm as chief executive officer this week.

The appointment of Jones comes as the agency continues to enhance services it has provided the greater Naperville community for nearly 50 years.

Jones will work closely with the 360 Youth Services' board of directors to provide strategic vision, while overseeing all of the agency's operations and programs.

"We've never been more robust than we are right now," said Debra Lellbach, president of 360 Youth Services board of directors. "Harley Jones's leadership will ensure that 360 Youth Services remains strong on our path to serve youth in the area." Jones joins 360 Youth Services as CEO following more than 13 years of experience in progressive leadership positions at nonprofit organizations. Most recently, he served as the regional disaster officer of the Chicago and Northern Illinois Chapter of the Red Cross, one of the top five largest chapters in the country. A Naperville native, Jones will build upon his extensive professional experience with youth and families as he prepares to lead the agency forward.

"360 Youth Services does a fantastic job of setting young people up to be successful adults," Jones said. "I look forward to rolling up my sleeves and working with a great team to positively impact our next generation."

Jones' appointment comes as the agency knits its leadership structure more tightly together in order to more efficiently provide resources for young people.

"We reevaluated the organization's leadership structure and decided we should more tightly integrate services across our housing, prevention, and counseling departments," Lellbach said.

360 Youth Services is a Naperville-based nonprofit organization that provides substance abuse prevention education, counseling and housing for youth and their families.
