Sears Hometown, Outlet named a 'Best and Brightest' Employer

HOFFMAN ESTATES - The National Association for Business Resources has selected Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores as one of "Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" for the fifth consecutive year.

The list recognizes companies that deliver and uphold exceptional practices in human resources. Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores excelled in multiple categories, solidifying its standing as one of the best companies to work for in the Chicagoland area.

Participating companies and their employees were surveyed and evaluated on the workplace environment. Criteria included: compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives and strategic company performance.
