Egg-themed events in Lake Zurich April 8
Lake Zurich plans two egg-themed events on Saturday, April 8.
Families with small children are invited to attend Breakfast with the Bunny from 8 to 11 a.m., at the Lake Zurich Retired Firefighters Association Hall, 77 S. Old Rand Road. It'll include a buffet and a visit from the Easter Bunny, complete with photo opportunities.
Tickets are $5 for children and $7 for adults.
After Breakfast with the Bunny will be an Easter egg hunt from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Lions Park, 81 E. Main St. The hunt will include games, crafts, a bouncy house and eggs hidden around the park.
"The egg-themed events are always a great way to celebrate the start of spring and give kids a chance to do something fun outside," Recreation Manager Bonnie Caputo said.
