Bartlett police host open house April 2

The Bartlett Police Department is hosting its free, annual Open House from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 2.

The event provides an opportunity for residents to meet and talk with members of the department, tour the police station, sit inside one of the squad cars and enjoy a wide selection of police displays and demonstrations, including plenty of kid-friendly activities.

The event is being held in conjunction with the Bartlett Lions Club Pancake Breakfast, next door at the Bartlett Fire Barn, 218 S. Main St. Enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, coffee, milk and juice. The cost is $6 for adults, $4 for kids age 6 to 12, and free for those 5 and younger.

The Lions Club also will have free vision screening available for anyone age 6 months to 30 years.
