Windy City Bulls dominate Bighorns in 132-105 win

RENO, Nev. - The Windy City Bulls (16-20), presented by BMO Harris Bank, the official NBA Development League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, led wire-to-wire in a dominating 132-105 victory over the Reno Bighorns on Wednesday afternoon at the Reno Events Center.

Alec Brown poured in a season-high 31 points on 11 of 13 shooting from the field, eclipsing his previous season high of 21 points set on January 14. The center also converted on 5 of 7 three-point attempts. Jarell Eddie added 25 points and Alfonzo McKinnie registered his sixth consecutive double-double with 20 points and 14 rebounds.

Windy City's 132 points is the most the team has scored this season.

Aaron Thomas had 17 points and Jon Octeus had 11 points.

Windy City jumped out to a 34-24 lead after the first quarter behind 12 points by Brown.

Heading into the fourth quarter, the Bulls turned a 15-point cushion into a commanding lead, outscoring Reno 35-21 in the final frame.

The Bulls won the battle of the boards 47-29 while also completing 29 assists compared to just 12 by the Bighorns.
