Des Plaines District 62 offering online registration

Des Plaines Elementary School District 62 will introduce online registration for families starting March 27.

Online registration will be open for returning students entering first through eighth grades for the 2017-2018 school year. New students or students entering kindergarten will use the existing paper registration process.

The online registration system will streamline the process for entering student registration information and allow families to register students from any location, officials said.

The district will host open houses in April for families that do not have access to internet and those who need additional assistance, Chief Technology Officer Jennie Magiera said. More information about the open houses will be announced in April.
