Man stabbed in Waukegan McDonald's

Waukegan police are looking for the person who stabbed a man at a McDonald's late Friday morning.

Officers responded at 11:55 a.m. to the restaurant on the 300 block of North Sheridan Road after the attacker stabbed a man in his 50s multiple times.

Police said the attacker was last seen leaving the area in a blue sedan. The victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries, which did not appear to be life-threatening.

The stabber is described as a white man wearing a blue jacket and black shorts. His face was covered with a black mask.

Police said there appears to be no relationship between the attacker and the victim.
