It all depends on clout

The seven nations who have predominantly Muslim personnel which were banned from travel to the USA just do not have the clout generated by oil production like Saudi Arabia, where a multitude that carried out the 911 aircraft hijacking originated. Our policy is generated by wealth or lack of it.
