Judge people by their actions over time

Is it not time we realize, particularly after the past 18 months, that what an individual or group says, puts in print or image form is suspect to authenticity.

In view of the increasing amount of deception, outright lying or withholding of truthful information it would seem the only reliable means to understand what is on the mind and in the heart of an individual or group is to observe their actions particularly over time. That will most certainly speak loudly and clearly.
