Can't sit on sidelines as ethics are watered down

On the first day of the new Congress, our Republican House will vote to weaken the Office of Congressional Ethics.

Since this last election cycle created such focus on issues of ethics and integrity, the GOP House has made it a top priority to eliminate "ethics" from their vocabulary. The Office of Congressional Complaint is the new name, replacing the independence of the office with oversight by the self-serving House Ethics Committee.

Our Congress is choosing to strengthen their party as their first priority. We must not sit on the sidelines, we constituents must speak out and demand action and resolve from our representatives in addressing the many real problems our country is facing and moving our country toward a healthy and secure future
