New Dunkin' Donuts in Carol Stream
Carol Stream's fifth Dunkin' Donuts will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, Nov. 5, at 222 W. Army Trail Road.
From 10 a.m. until noon that day, staff members and volunteers from Humanitarian Service Project will distribute free travel mugs and coffee coupons to anyone who makes a donation of cash or canned goods.
Mayor Frank Saverino and other village officials will be on hand at 11 a.m. for the ribbon-cutting and to accept a cash donation from Dunkin' Donuts for the Humanitarian Service Project. The Chicago Bears Monster Squad also will be on hand.
The new restaurant is owned by Hitash Patel.
