Grain higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was 1 cent higher at $4.0340 a bushel; December corn was 2.60 cents higher at $3.51 bushel; December oats was 2.60 cents higher at $2.16 a bushel while November soybeans gained 2 cents to $9.94 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle was .13 cent lower at $1.03 a pound; October feeder cattle was .08 cent lower at $1.2220 pound; December lean hogs gained 1 cent to $.4420 a pound.
