Clinton's claims about kids ring hollow

Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's new commercial shows only herself, no husband or children. All she mentions is how she will change women's rights including education, health care and increasing other opportunities.

Where was Clinton as Secretary of State with the children and women in the Middle East? Women have limited rights in this part of the world. Children being gang raped and their mother's being stoned to death if they complain is routine. What did Secretary of State Clinton do about these atrocities, nothing. Did she volunteer to leave any of the money she collected for the Clinton Foundation to help these children and women?

How can Clinton claim to help children and women when as Secretary of State she failed to support these people in one of the most dangerous places in the world?
