Willing to do the work, make changes

I met Nancy Zettler in 2005 as she took on the position of Co-Chair of Advance 300. This successful grassroots effort rallied over 2,000 community members and wouldn't have been possible without Nancy's commitment, confidence, integrity and perseverance.

District 300 called on Nancy again in 2011 to help with their fight to be a part of the Economic Development Area extension discussion happening between the state of Illinois, Sears and Hoffman Estates. She once again helped create a grassroots campaign that inspired our community and served to protect the interests of District 300.

Nancy possesses a confidence that draws on a level of trust to motivate others to get on board and get the job done. She never strays from her values and is never unwilling to fight for them. So often we hear people complain about what should be changed in their communities but Nancy is willing to actually do the work and take the time to make changes. Being a part of these two successful campaigns and having experienced her leadership firsthand has led me to believe that Nancy will make an excellent state representative for the 66th District.
