Retired teachers to meet Oct. 11
The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Maravella's, 4 Washington St., Fox Lake. The cost is $23 per person for the luncheon and meeting. Pre-luncheon get-together begins at 11:30 a.m. Entertainment will be provided by Larry Breidenbach, who will sing songs from the 1940s to the present. All retired educators are welcome to attend. Reservations, which are in this month's LCRTA newsletter, must be sent in by Oct. 4.
