Suspect in Glendale Heights Chase bank robbery tied to five other bank robberies

The FBI is investigating a man who is suspected of robbing a Glendale Heights Chase Bank at 2150 Bloomingdale Road Tuesday morning, according to BanditTrackerChicago.com.

Officials described the suspect as a black man in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5-feet-4-inches tall with a medium build and wearing a black hat and dark gray T-shirt with white lettering on the front.

The man is suspected to be responsible for five other suburban bank robberies in the past three months. The previous robberies happened: June 22 at a US Bank, 5401 Saint Charles Berkeley; Aug. 5 at a PNC Bank, 300 Holmes, Clarendon Hills; Aug. 13 at a Chase Bank, 2555 Golf Road, Hoffman Estates; Aug. 23 at a BMO Harris, 625 Army Trail Road, Addison; and, Sept. 2 at a West suburban Bank. 17W754 22nd St., Oakbrook Terrace.
