Alfresco dining coming to Elk Grove Village eatery

Patrons at Marino's Wood Fire Restaurant in Elk Grove Village will soon be able to dine alfresco.

The village board recently authorized the restaurant's plan for seasonal outdoor dining at the northwest corner of the building, 1041 Rohlwing Road, near Nerge Road.

The new dining area is proposed to include six tables, each with four chairs, open from April to October. The outdoor area would be enclosed by a 4-foot-high decorative guardrail and landscaping.
