Don't supporters care about Hillary's past?

I totally support Marilyn Jones who wrote on Aug. 3 concerning why Hillary Clinton is the wrong woman to become president.

When the campaign "era" began, I, too, believed then as I do now that she is not the right woman to not only not deserve or earn the presidency, but to not have the honor of being the first woman president, either.

Why not? Start with when she and President Clinton left the White House. Not only did they trash some areas of the White House, but also took with them some "collectibles".

The allegations that the Clintons were receiving donations for their Foundation while Hillary was secretary of state was stated as inappropriate to accept those favors in her position.

Next was Benghazi - something we all know about.

Then the "email issue". Not only was what Hillary was doing possibly wrong by law - but the strong possibility of hacking, etc. could have put, and maybe still can put our country at risk.

Yet many women writers seem compelled for her to win as are many others who support her. Is someone who has done all that she knowingly has done be the woman president our country can be proud of?

It appears that her being a woman is enough. It would have been so meaningful if Hillary had the integrity and dignity our country deserves. As Marilyn Jones wrote: Don't they (the writers and supporters) care? I guess not.
