Lincolnshire's CityPark goes on the auction block
CityPark at Lincolnshire, a 77,821-square-foot retail center that is 33 percent empty, will be sold during an online auction Aug. 22 through Aug. 24, said online auction firm Ten-X Commercial.
Ten-X Commercial, along with real estate broker HFF, aim to sell the Lincolnshire property, which is 67-percent leased, Ten-X said in a news release.
Built in 2001, CityPark is on 8.17 acres at Milwaukee Avenue and Aptakisic Road. The spaces that are available for lease range from 1,350 square-feet to 8,890 square-feet, the companies said.
CityPark at Lincolnshire's 14 tenants include Red Robin, BBCN Bank, T-Mobile and FedEx Office. The property is anchored by Viper Alley, a 15,500-square-foot private event entertainment venue.
