Holy Family to hold annual rummage sale

The 10th annual Holy Family rummage sale will be held from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday Aug. 5, and Saturday Aug. 6, with a $5 Super Bag Sale beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday.

New this year is the "Hidden Treasures Boutique," which will feature only high-end treasures. Also new this year, is outerwear for adults and children.

This sale benefits Holy Family's Ministries, which includes Family Faith, Teen Ministry, Adult Evangelization, Outreach and Justice, Senior Ministry and Habitat for Humanity, which builds homes for low-income families in the Northwest suburbs and was founded on the conviction that everyone should have a decent place to live in dignity and safety.

Come shop and donate at 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness. Donations will be accepted from 3-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, to Wednesday, Aug. 3.

Come early for the best bargains in furniture, sports equipment, toys, housewares, lamps, linens, holiday decor, jewelry, purses, books, outerwear for children and adults.

Admission is $1 for adults and free for children.
