Independent state political map needed

I believe in democracy and hence gladly joined with a half million others in signing a petition to put the Independent Map Amendment on the November Illinois ballot.

Gerrymandering is one of the major contributors to voter apathy and discouragement of new leaders running for office. On Aug. 3 at our next and final session of the DuPage Coffeehouse we will discuss the pros and cons of this amendment.
