On Tuesday, July 19, celebrate the Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department's 20th anniversary with a free concert featuring country party band Dixie Crush at Lake in the Hills Airport, 8407 Pyott Road.

There will be concessions available; cash only.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early; parking is first-come, first-served.

The Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department was established in 1996 for the purpose of providing recreational programs and maintaining open spaces for residents to enjoy. In addition to overseeing 31 park sites, the department manages our beaches, playgrounds, baseball, softball, soccer fields, and bicycle trails, and administers all recreation programs, special events, trips and outings.
