Many reasons, but we have to block means

There are endless reasons why these killings happen, but more important is the means "how" if they are to be stopped. Yes, the access to military style weapons is the culprit. No such weapons would result in the stoppage of such acts. But, American society must care enough to demand laws to prohibit the manufacture and sales of the weapons. If we really care, we must require our congressional representatives enact the appropriate legislation. They have the authority and responsibility to act.
