NAI Hiffman completes 3 industrial leases in Cook, Lake counties

OAKBROOK TERRACE - NAI Hiffman recently completed three transactions totaling 310,569 square feet of industrial space in Chicago's North Cook and Lake County submarkets.

Horizons Window Fashions signed a lease expansion for 128,296 square feet in Prudential's Amhurst Lake Business Park in Waukegan. Located at 1665-1705 Waukegan & 1455-1465 Lakeside Drive, the property is located two miles north of a full interchange with I-294 and Route 137. The deal was contingent on being able to relocate another tenant so that Horizon was able to expand its space.

Direct mail production and integrated marketing company Johnson & Quin signed a lease renewal for its 105,000-square-foot space with CenterPoint Properties at 7460 Lehigh Avenue in Niles. NAI Hiffman originally represented Johnson & Quin on a sale lease-back for the facility and they have since renewed.

Durable Packaging International, an aluminum foil product manufacturer, signed a new lease for 77,273 square feet with Jupiter Aluminum Corp at 475 Allendale Drive in Wheeling.

Whit Heitman, Sam Badger, SIOR and Brad Weiner with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group represented PR Amhurst Lake, LLC, Johnson & Quin, and Jupiter Aluminum Corp and in the three separate transactions.
