Owner and Coach Flaviu Moldovan and his wife, Ioana, take it upon themselves to get to know each and every person that walks through their doors. The gym is their home and their students are their family. They, along with their two beautiful children, invite you and your kids to come try any of their fun and motivating classes.
With his extensive military background in the French Foreign Legion, as well as having over 30 years of martial arts experience, Coach Flaviu will help you attain greatness in whatever aspect of fitness or fighting you are looking for. He competed in amateur and professional MMA tournaments with a record of 12-2-1 (W-L -No Contest), bringing with him expertise in body mechanics and proven weight loss methods.
