NAI Hiffman's Medical Services group completes 5 transactions

OAK BROOK - Brian Edgerton with NAI Hiffman recently represented Comprehensive Urologic Care in its new lease for 4,350 square feet with Healthcare Realty at 1600 N. Randall Road in Elgin.

Located South of the Randall Road/I-90 interchange and across the street from Advocate Sherman Hospital, the 95,436-square-foot building is home to a many other medical office users. Comprehensive Urologic Care has been treating patients in Chicago's Northwest suburbs and the surrounding area for over 25 years; the independent, private practice is affiliated with Advocate and Centegra Health Systems. This office represents its third location in addition to those in Crystal Lake and Lake Barrington.

Edgerton also represented Parkview Orthopedic Group in its new lease for 5,529 square feet at 2400 W. Glenwood Ave.in Joliet. Parkview chose to relocate the practice location in order to expand and update the office while staying in proximity to Presence St. Joseph Medical Center and their West Joliet patient population. NAI Hiffman also worked with Parkview Orthopedic Group on the opening of their Mokena office in 2008 and the relocation of their Oak Lawn office in 2012.

Adam Johnson, with NAI Hiffman, represented Active Health Chiropractic Clinic, Inc. in a new lease for 1,730 square feet at 700 E. Ogden Ave. in Westmont. Johnson also represented JBMT, LLC in its new lease with Dynamic Center for Vision Therapy P.C. for a 5,400-square-foot medical office at 1891 Bay Scott Circle in Naperville. Scott Fedyski with Waveland Property Group represented the tenant. Lastly, Johnson represented 505-515 Front Street, LLC in its lease with Neurotherapy Associates, Inc. for 900 square feet at 412 W 63rd Street in Downers Grove. Theresa Schultz with Schultz Properties represented Neurotherapy Associates.
