Route 12 to close in Richmond area
Nighttime closures will take place on Route 12 at the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad Bridge, in Richmond, for railroad bridge repairs. Weather permitting, the work will begin April 4. Route 12 will be closed at the bridge weeknights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. until July 15. A posted detour will direct northbound traffic on Route 12 west on Tryon Grove Road, north on Keystone Road and east to Route 173 to reconnect with Route 12. Southbound traffic will take the opposite route. Updates on the impacts to traffic are available at www.travelmidwest.com.
