The Harbour is chipping in to end youth homelessness at 'Bet on the Harbour'
The Harbour's annual spring benefit, Bet on The Harbour, will take place 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel, 933 Skokie Blvd., in Northbrook.
Bet on The Harbour will offer guests a luxurious night out filled with delicious cuisine and exciting casino fun to help create opportunities for homeless youth to have successful futures.
"This year we are going all out. Many exciting things are happening this year. We are expecting to set an attendance record of 150 attendees. And we are very excited to be honoring Randi Gurian as our Bobby Mayer Commitment to Youth recipient. Randi has spent the last 15 years dedicated to helping youth have a safer today and opportunities for a successful tomorrow," said Rosie Paparella, Harbour development coordinator.
The casino will open after dinner and the conclusion of the live auction. Casino games include Black Jack, poker and roulette. A silent auction, games and dancing round out the event and will take place throughout the night.
