Advanced Turf Solutions leases space in Elk Grove Village

ELK GROVE VILLAGE - NAI Hiffman represented owner Isaac Sargis in a new lease with Advanced Turf Solutions for 19,500 square feet of industrial space in Elk Grove Village.

The building is located at 1225 Lunt Avenue near the intersection of Lunt Avenue and Busse Road. The lease transaction brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.

Joe Bronson, executive vice president, and Howard Bergdoll, associate, with NAI Hiffman's industrial Services Group represented the owner in the transaction. G. Pat Ryan of Combined Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
