Try these countries for strong federal government

In reply to Tom Teune on Jan. 11, "Time to strengthen federal government": It could take you 50 to 100 years to get what you want, and that really made me feel sad for you.

I kept thinking there has to be a faster way for Tom to find a place where there will be strong government and he can have happiness since it is most unlikely he has 100 years to go. And then it dawned on me. There are places you could go and get 80-90 percent of what you want, and I'm quite sure the government will be happy to let you proselytize, hold meetings, lead marches and teach others to want the other 10-20 percent. China, Russia, Indonesia, North Korea, Great Britain, Sweden, Canada and many others have most of what you want. The tough ones are your No. 4 and No. 6: Labor Unions and military spending, but I am sure you can eventually educate them and with pamphlets, demonstrations and through the voting booth get them to see the light.

Tell you what. You do a little research and see where you want to go, get the Visa and I'll be glad to pick you up and get you to the airport, so you can get there and begin your new happy life as quickly as possible. Wishing you luck and looking forward to hearing from you.
