Gas prices down but airline fees remain
It really amazes me that here we are with gas down to $2 a gallon and the airlines are still charging baggage fees and fuel surcharge fees and people are still flying at a record rate.
I just don't understand people traveling. Here they have a chance to bring down the price of an airline ticket to where it should be and the airlines are still stiffing the airline travelers.
What is wrong with the travelers is they don't have the backbone to stop traveling for a spell to send a message to the airlines to stop stiffing the airline traveler.
The airlines were Johnny on the spot to hit you with baggage fees and fuel surcharges when the price of gas went out of sight, but they are not willing to get rid of the fees now that the price of gas has come down.
I guess they know what suckers travelers are, open pockets to milk.
