Maybe president could have cut costs on vacation
Since Obama says we should close GITMO because it costs us millions of dollars to house terrorists there, perhaps he should consider other means of reducing excessive costs.
He could have considered spending his two-week Christmas vacation in Illinois instead of Hawaii. We do not know how many extra people and equipment were needed to be with him there.
We do know how many people he took to Paris for discussions of climate change. Perhaps he should not have taken 500 people in his entourage with the requisite security people, doctors (six), cooks, as well as land and air vehicles to squire them all around.
I imagine he brought a few friends as well. I hope he has a good accountant to help him when he is spending his own money as he has been a very poor guardian of ours.
