Customers Of ENAZ Group Of Upscale Women's Clothing And Accessories Boutiques Benefit From Rotation Of Knowledgeable Sales Staff From Store-To-Store

Many retailers who achieve success and longevity in business benefit from a front line of knowledgable employees responsive to the needs of their customers. The sales staff's expertise and familiarity of the entire product line creates a great shopping experience and a loyal following. When those employees rotate among several store locations, a wider range of customers reap the rewards.

With its customers in mind, the ENAZ Group of upscale women's clothing and accessories boutiques - ENAZ in Highland Park, ENAZ for Life in Northfield, and ENAZ On The Park in Libertyville - fulfills its customers fashion and budgetary needs with a unique business practice of moving their sales staff from store to store.

"Our employees know what's trendy and fashionable, are familiar with the company's entire inventory, and can find items their customers want from any of our three locations," said Samantha Shapiro, ENAZ co-owner. The business practice has helped ENAZ become an award-winning upscale women's clothing boutique.

"Rotating our sales people makes total sense from a business standpoint because it increases our ability to cross promote," she said. "When we move merchandise for a customer, if one location doesn't have her size or if she wants something specific that a store doesn't have, she knows where it's being transferred from. Sometimes a customer will say, 'You have a store in Northfield?'"

Said Lena Blitstein, co-owner: "An employee will know if a size is available or if a style comes in another color at another location. This helps with great customer service."

"Our employees become more knowledgeable with the clientele from each location and can understand their wants and needs," added Melinda Kaplan, co-owner. If a customer has a great experience with a particular sales person, they know where to find them and on which day."

Most recently, ENAZ, ENAZ For Life, and ENAZ On The Park collectively earned the accolade of Best Accessories Store in the annual "Best Of" Initiative voting by Make It Better magazine's audience. More than 105,000 verified votes were submitted across 10 categories. Said Make It Better in summarizing its unique qualities: "Energy. Nature. Attitude. Zest For Life! This accessory store brings all of these to the table with their designer jewelry and spa products."

Satisfying the fashion needs for 22 years now of the casual, polished, put together, on-the-go woman, and those who want to be just that, Shapiro, Blitstein, and Kaplan, and their mother and retail store founder, Susan Lurie, offer at their three boutiques the newest, most notable clothing lines, vibrant looks, local artisan jewelry, handbags, accessories, and custom day spa that matter to their clients.

"As women and sisters, devoted to our families, socially active, on-the-go from early morning to night, we are our own demographic," said Blitstein, who often attends Fashion Week events in

New York City to keep up with the latest styles. "Our clients like what we like so it makes it easier for us to deliver what they need."

"We're more than just a store," said Kaplan. "We listen carefully to the personal and professional fashion needs of our clients and make sure they go home confident in their selection. We truly care about how they look and feel in their different environments."

Clients from as far away as Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles shop ENAZ (the acronym for Energy, Nature, Attitude, and Zest For Life) for the wide variety of offerings…from vibrant t-shirts, denim, chunky knitwear, and dressy pieces to custom jewelry to the more than 25 scented oils for blending into silky lotions and bath gels.

"When you walk into our stores you see carefully chosen pieces on clean and organized racks and mannequins with the season's hottest looks," said Shapiro, who serves as buyer and merchandiser while Blitstein is buyer and head of marketing. Kaplan is director of operations.

Its clothing lines feature Michael Stars, Sanctuary, J Brand, JOIE clothing, Central Park West, and its own ENAZ 4 Life label. Its jewelry offerings include local designers such as Rita Ratskoff Designs, Dana Rebecca Designs, Shoshanna Lee, Avaasi, Allison Fiutak, Graziela Gems, and many more.
