The case for early childhood education

Investing in Our Future: The Case for Early Childhood Education will be presented at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Stevenson Center on Democracy, 25200 N. St. Mary's Road, Mettawa. Admission is $15. Students are free by registering at info@stevensoncenterondemocracy.org.Coffee and conversation will follow the presentation. Panelists include: David Lloyd, director of fiscal policy, Voices for Illinois Children; Nancy Ronquillo, president and CEO of Children's Home and Aid Society; and, a parent of children at Children's Home and Aid Jerri Hoffmann Child and Family Center.
