Great Barrington TasteFest tickets on sale

BARRINGTON - Tickets are on sale for one of the 12th annual Great Barrington Area TasteFest from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Marriott Northwest, Route 59 and I-90 in Hoffman Estates. The annual event, sponsored by the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, showcases samples from some of the finest purveyors of food and spirits in the Barrington Area. Tickets to TasteFest are $30 in advance or $35 at the door and include complimentary sampling from over 20 restaurants, microbrewers, wineries and distillers. The first 400 guests receive a collectible TasteFest glass at the door and a complimentary bag. The evening also includes business vendors, live entertainment from jazz musician Amy Yassinger and the Yazz Jazz Ensemble. A popular highlight of the evening is the Barrington Bank & Trust Co., N.A. money machine.
