Awarding scholarships to high school seniors each year is just one of the many philanthropic activities of the Mount Prospect Woman's Club. The club is actively seeking new members who are interested in becoming a part of a philanthropic organization dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. Serving the Mt. Prospect community since its establishment in 1927, club members are diverse in age, interests and experiences, but are united by a desire to create positive change in the community. Club meetings are held at noon on the first Tuesday of the month at the Mount Prospect Village Hall and include a luncheon buffet and entertainment. Residence in Mount Prospect is not a requirement for membership. Contact President Jodi Hanson at mountprospectwc@gmail.com for more information about the scholarship program or membership in the club.
