Send gang members to Guantanamo

It's a sad state of affairs that many of our children in cities like Chicago are living in fear and have been the innocent victims of shootings, even in the beds of their own homes.

If that's not terrorism, I don't know what is. Why can't the federal government pass legislation similar to what they did to put pressure on organized crime via the RICO law? Declare any proven gang member caught with a gun an enemy combatant and send them to Guantanamo.

They can be removed from their neighborhoods where they currently wreak so much havoc and terror. Remove them from the legal system which seems to let them right back out on the streets.
