The PYB/S Fall Ball program is being offered for the third year and the league has two divisions. The Minors Division is for players in third and fourth grade for the 2015-2016 school year and the Bronco Division is for players in fifth and sixth grade in the fall.

This is a casual league available to all players with an emphasis on fun and instruction. There will be no standings or stats, and games will have a hard time limit of one hour and 45 minutes.

Teams will be assigned one practice time each week and games will be played Saturdays. Teams will be formed in early August, with practices beginning in mid-August. The eight-week league will continue through Oct. 8, weather permitting.

The 10-game season will be held from mid-August to late October. Games will be played Sundays between 2 and 6 p.m., and coaches can schedule optional practices Saturdays.

This league is a casual opportunity to continue to play ball into the fall months, and the league accommodates friendships while still allowing players to participate in a competitively balanced environment. The fee is $100 per player, which includes a shirt, hat, belt and socks for each player. The registration deadline for this program is Friday, July 31.

The Pony Instructional Program is for players who intend to eventually try out for high school, post-season, or travel teams. This instructional program will focus on a deeper understanding of the game and instruction will include the advanced fundamentals of hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and baseball strategy.

Players interested in this 10-week program should contact Randy Kochanski at pbabaseballsoftball@gmail.com. The fee for this program will be approximately $50-$80 per player, depending on enrollment, and the registration deadline is Friday, July 31.

A Colt Baseball League will be offered for the second consecutive year in cooperation with the Rolling Meadows Park District. Colt Fall Ball offers a unique opportunity to continue playing into the fall season and games will be played primarily on the Rolling Meadows High School varsity baseball field.

The league is open to players who are freshman through seniors in high school for the 2015-2016 school year. Games will be played Sundays between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from mid-August into October. Coaches may hold optional practices for their teams on Saturdays as well. The fee for this league is $120 per player, which includes a shirt, hat, belt and socks for each player.
