Austin Polezoes pitched a 1-hitter with 7 strikeouts and a walk as the Tigers (6-9, 5-0) stayed unbeaten in the DuPage Valley Conference. Polezoes and Paul Monaco each had 2 RBI.

Metea Valley 4, West Aurora 0:

Jack Szott scattered 7 hits while striking out 10 in an 82-pitch shutout for the Mustangs (9-4, 4-3). Mike Sfikas went 2-for-3 while Jacob Petersen had 2 RBI.

Naperville Central 10, Naperville North 0:

The Redhawks (7-7, 1-3) rolled to victory in the DuPage Valley Conference behind Ryan Eiermann's 3-hitter with 14 strikeouts and 2 walks. Kevin Clifford doubled, homered and drove in 6 runs.

Neuqua Valley 12, East Aurora 5:

Kevin Hutt and Tyler Tesmond each homered and drove in 2 runs for the Wildcats (9-4, 5-2) in the opener of the Upstate Eight Valley series. Neil Schneider and Brett Hamilton combined on the mound.

Glenbard North 7, Wheaton North 4:

Winning pitcher Luke Greenberg, Zach Heck and Alex Taylor all had 2 hits to keep the Panthers (11-4, 5-0) unbeaten in the DuPage Valley Conference.

Waubonsie Valley 5, Glenbard East 1:

Warriors (11-3, 6-1) winning pitcher Brandon Petersen struck out 13 and walked one in a 2-hit Upstate Eight Valley victory. Garret Howicz and Nick Price drove in runs.

Wheaton Academy 6, Glenbard South 4:

The Warriors (12-3, 6-1) scored in the fifth and sixth innings to break a 4-4 tie in the Metro Suburban Conference win. Jake Lindstedt went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI. Kyle Carli and Brian Ashe had 2 hits for Glenbard South (10-5, 5-3).

Hinsdale Central 7, Glenbard West 6:

Jake Ryder's RBI single in the bottom of the seventh gave the Red Devils (7-9, 4-5) the victory in the West Suburban Silver. Alex Herbst and Trenton Barnett drove in 2 runs while Chris Botsoe had 2 hits. Arno Curtis had 3 RBI for Glenbard West (9-6, 4-2).
