Cupcakes & cookies sold to raise money

Join us during Kirk School's Walk and Wheel-a-thon on May 31st for our "Cupcakes & Cookies for College" event, to raise money for scholarships benefiting adult students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The event is 1-4 p.m. in the Kirk School student cafeteria, at 520 S. Plum Grove Road, Palatine.

We're raising money for students in the Career Skills Institute and other programs at Harper College, as well as Kirk School's Special Olympics program. Stop by for some tasty treats; entry is free and cupcakes and cookies will be sold.

We are looking for volunteers to bake cupcakes and/or cookies! Register online at www.cupcakes2015.weebly.com to bake, and you'll find out more details by May 24. If you have any question, contact me at mbaker721@comcast.net.
