Roselle man pleads guilty to heroin delivery

A Roselle man has pleaded guilty to delivering heroin to an undercover officer from the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group.

Paul Ramos, who was on parole for a 2009 robbery conviction at the time of his arrest, pleaded guilty to two counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance Wednesday, according to court records. He was sentenced to six years in prison on each count, with the sentences to be served concurrently.

Ramos sold the undercover officer heroin in amounts ranging from 4.5 grams to 19.5 grams between Feb. 5 and 19, prosecutors said.
