Lake Zurich High School Softball program plans fundraising events

The Lake Zurich High School softball program is planning three events to raise money to support the organization and to enhance their playing fields.

The softball organization urges the community to come out and participate in these events.

The upcoming events include:

• Spirit Night for LZHS Softball from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at Chick-fil-A, 20429 N. Rand Road in Kildeer. A portion of the sales during this event will support the softball program. Games, prizes and other events will take place at the restaurant.

• Candlelight Bowling takes place from 7-11 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at Arlington Lanes, 3435 N. Kennicott Ave., Arlington Heights. The cost is $35 per person. Three games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and pop are included. Contact mkeefe5@att.net for a reservation.

• Get your car washed and receive a free Chick-fil-A sandwich card at the program car wash from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, May 3, in the parking lot of Chick-fil-A, 20429 N. Rand Road in Kildeer. The cost is $5 per car.
