Victim identified in Rolling Meadows bike accident

A bicyclist who was struck by a vehicle Friday in Rolling Meadows has been identified as Konrad Tomasik of Arlington Heights, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Tomasik, 47, died of his injuries after being hit by a vehicle at Golf and New Wilke roads, officials said.
Rolling Meadows police could not immediately provide details on the incident.
