Paula Poundstone joins Raue Center summer lineup

Paula Poundstone is just one of many added shows for the 2015 summer season at The Raue Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake. The stand-up comedian who regularly appears on Chicago Public Radio's "Wait Wait ... Don't Tell Me!" appears at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 14. All tickets cost $32.

Other coming Raue shows include:

• The Fourth Annual Piano Conference featuring performances of "Ray Live! A Tribute to the Legendary Ray Charles" at 8 p.m. Friday, June 26 ($26-$38), "Kurt Bestor and the Songs of Disney and Other Favorites" at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 27 ($30-$45), and local 14-year-old pianist Daniel Souvigny performing the concert "Purely Ragtime Piano" at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 28 ($15).

• "Heartache Tonight: An Eagles Concert Experience" takes the stage at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 ($29-$35).

• Dwyer Legacy Concert featuring "Back Home Again: A Tribute to John Denver" by Joyce and Bill Dwyer with a special appearance by the Elgin Symphony Orchestra takes place at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 ($30-$40).
