Chicagoland Dog Rescue Teams Up With Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Schaumburg Office at Pet Adoption Event

Schaumburg, IL - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Schaumburg branch held a pet adoption event at their office located at 2570 N. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg on Sunday, February 22nd. In conjunction with Chicagoland Dog Rescue, a foster based dog rescue in Schaumburg, and the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports local initiatives, guests met and interacted with dogs that were looking for a home.

"We had a wonderful turnout and are very excited that a lot of the community came out to meet these wonderful dogs and partake in a fun afternoon," said Justin Greenberg, Vice President and Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff Realty Group's Schaumburg office. Justin continued, "All in all it looks like three dogs were able to find a new home, which is fantastic."

Guests enjoyed dog themed cookies and other snacks, soft drinks, water, and children participated in a coloring contest for prizes. A local pet store gave away tennis balls for dogs. Donations were accepted to benefit the Chicagoland Dog Rescue and Little City Foundation, an organization that provides housing and programs to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
