Coyotes recalled recall Samuelsson from Portland
GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - The Arizona Coyotes recalled forward Henrik Samuelsson from Portland on Wednesday and sent forward Jordan Martinook to the American Hockey League affiliate.
The 21-year-old Samuelsson has 10 goals and 15 assists in 50 games for the Pirates this season. The son of former NHL defenseman Ulf Samuelsson, he was drafted 27th overall in 2012.
The 22-year-old Martinook has an assist in eight games this season with Arizona. He has 11 goals and 17 assists in 44 games for Portland.
