Drug awareness forum:
Lake County Board members Linda Pedersen and Tom Weber will host an informational forum on heroin awareness from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Lakes Community High School, 1600 Eagle Way, Lake Villa. An experienced panel of speakers will discuss the drug problem affecting Lake County communities and share personal experiences. Participants will learn what to look for and where to get help.
