Naperville marathon route set

The route for the Healthy Driven Naperville Marathon and Half Marathon has been approved, and open registration for the Nov. 8 races begins Saturday, Feb. 28. The races will start and finish at Eagle Street and Jackson Avenue in downtown Naperville. Racers will head south on Washington Street to Hobson Road, then circle back toward downtown, where half marathoners will finish after completing a loop near Naperville North High School at Ogden Avenue and Mill Street. The full marathon course then will head south through residential areas to Washington Street south of 75th Street, where the course will head west to Book Road before coming to the finish line.
