Autistic man from Glendale Heights is missing

Glendale Heights police need the public's help in finding an autistic man who wandered away from his home Thursday morning.

Alberto Rivera, 30, was last seen at his residence on the 1500 block of Golfview Drive sometime early Thursday morning, police said in a news release. Rivera has difficulty expressing himself verbally, police said. He was last wearing blue jeans and a brown camouflage jacket. Anyone who has seen Rivera should call police at (630) 260-6070.
